The staff was friendly. Our room was super clean, and cleanliness seemed to be a top priority throughout the entire hotel. The heated pool was a good treat.
Breakfast options could use some expansion.

The location was favourable - right by multiple restaurants as well as Spearfish for the first time. The food was awesome, the staff was willing to help. Had fantastic room with 2 queen beds, and I couldn't ask for more.

The heated pool was a good treat.
There was a lack of housekeeping for my entire visit, and when I requested fresh towels, I was instructed to return my dirty ones to the front desk myself. The breakfast options were disappointing, consisting only of prepackaged items with very little variety.
